How to use Merge PDF
- Add two or more unencrypted PDFs within the file and page limits.
- Arrange the file list in reading order, then merge. For example, place the cover PDF before the report and appendix.
- Check page count, order and orientation in the result. Download the merged PDF; the originals remain unchanged.

Prepare a PDF packet — Combine, arrange, and label documents.
What to expect
Add at least two PDFs and arrange them in the desired order. Up to 20 files, 25 MB per file, 75 MB total, and 500 pages. Encrypted PDFs must be unlocked first. Merging copies pages into a new document; do not rely on preservation of digital signatures, interactive forms or bookmarks. Review the downloaded document before sharing.
Local processing
Your files and inputs are processed in your browser and are not uploaded. Download or copy results before leaving. Normal site and library requests still reach the hosting service.
Frequently asked questions
Can I merge a password-protected PDF?
Unlock the PDF first using its valid password, then add that output to the merge list. This tool does not bypass unknown passwords.
Why is the merged file not smaller?
Merging combines pages, not image compression. For smaller downloads use Compress PDF afterward, and compare readability with the original.
What should I check after merging?
Verify first and last pages of each source, page order, forms and signatures. Editing a signed document can invalidate its signature.
Are my files uploaded?
Your files are processed locally in your browser and are not uploaded. Download the result before closing the page; normal website and processing-library requests still reach the hosting service.
